Ingredients: Cremini mushrooms, local wild crafted hedgehog mushrooms, red onions, scallions, grapeseed oil, red wine, eggs, local Gunkel’s flax baguette, butter, cream, parsley, thyme, rosemary, paprika,garlic, pepper, salt, Gruyère cheese, half and half.
